BitMart lists Gemini Dollar [GUSD], other coins also make the cut

BitMart, on Wednesday listed on its digital asset platform the Gemini Dollar (GUSD). According to its blog post, GUSD/USDT trading pair is now available on the platform.

The cryptocurrency platform also mentioned that there will be more trading pairs to be announced soon.

On the platform, deposit and trading features are readily available. However, a particular date for the arrival of the withdrawal function will be announced soon by BitMart.

Though the fee for deposit of the currency is free of cost, the fee for trading in GUSD is 0.05 percent.

Earlier on Wednesday, Bitmart also listed other cryptocurrencies which include Metamorph (METM), carVertical (CV), Menio One (ONE), and Berith (BRT).

BitMart has assured its users that the projects they introduce are secure, compliant, and innovative.

“We have been strictly enforcing our listing criteria to make sure that the projects we introduce to all BitMart users are secure, compliant, and innovative. We are persuaded that GUSD meets these criteria of BitMart,” read the announcement

They also stressed the fact that the tokens that they have listed follow regulations and do not run afoul of local laws.

“We also took tremendous time and effort to develop our own compliance review system to make sure that our listings of certain tokens/coins do not run afoul of local laws,” mentioned the announcement.

According to a BC Focus report earlier, Huobi, a Singapore-based cryptocurrency exchange also listed Gemini Dollar (GUSD). Along with GUSD, Huobi also listed Paxos Standard (PAX), True USD (TUSD), and USD Coin (USDC).

BitPay has also announced that its merchants will receive payments through the Gemini Dollar (GUSD).
